Refund Eligibility Criteria
1. Satisfaction with the First Session

If you are not satisfied with the first session of any of our programs, workshops, or courses, you may request a full refund.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.

2. Refund for Course Purchases

If you purchase a course and decide to discontinue after reading only one PDF, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

If you have accessed or read more than one PDF, it will be considered that you have engaged with the content, and no refund will be issued.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment or 2 days from the first session date, whichever comes earlier.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

3. Course Repeat Policy

You may repeat any course or session up to two times only (if applicable).
After the second repeat, the same course or batch cannot be rejoined under the previous enrollment.

4. Access After Refund Approval

Once a refund is approved and processed, all access to course materials, PDFs, recordings, and digital platforms will be revoked immediately.

Even though we maintain a clear refund structure, our goal is to ensure your success.
We provide continuous support, personalized guidance, and one-to-one mentorship to help you understand the course material better before you decide to withdraw.

Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

If the user has completed or downloaded significant portions of the course PDFs or materials.

If the refund request is raised after the refund period mentioned above.

For workshops, events, or consultations that have already been attended or completed.

Processing Time

All eligible refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 working days after verification and approval.
